Transition Fair for Deaf/Hard of Hearing Students in New Hampshire

Deaf and Hard of Hearing New Hampshire students ages 13 to 20 are invited to meet many different wonderful people and programs at this Transition Fair that will allow them to identify potential journeys once the high school diploma has been handed out. Lunch will be provided. Parents of Deaf and Hard of Hearing students are also welcome to attend this event.

Some of the confirmed attendees will be Gallaudet University and Gallaudet University Regional Center, National Technical Institute of the Deaf, SouthWest Collegiate Institute for the Deaf, New Hampshire Telecommunications Equipment Assistance Program and New Hampshire Vocational Rehabilitation.

June 2 Registration

  • Please fill out one form per person. Questions with an asterisk (*) are required.
  • Evo Rock + Fitness Waiver

    The location of the Deaf & Hard of Hearing Transition Fair will be Evo Rock + Fitness in Concord, New Hampshire. Participants will have an opportunity to use the rock climbing walls and participate in other recreational/physical activities at the end of the day. Regardless of whether you, your child, or your student participates in any of the physical activities offered, each person who registers for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing Transition Fair will need to sign Evo Rock + Fitness' Release of Liability and Assumption of Risk. Students under the age of 18 will need their parent's signature. After you submit this registration form, an email will be sent to you with a link to the Evo Rock + Fitness Participant Agreement and Release of Liability. Please complete that information out to be fully registered for the Deaf & Hard of Hearing Transition Fair.
